How the Site Is Funded

How Does DSW Degree Make Money?
From sponsored school listings supplied by our advertising partner, ESYOH. If you ask a sponsored school for information, the site may earn a fee from that school or ESYOH. You never pay to use the site, and payment never changes which programs we list or how we rank them.
dswdegree.net is operated by Rupe Enterprises LLC, a Washington limited liability company.
How You'll Know a Listing Is Sponsored
Most sponsored listings sit in their own boxes with a dashed border, marked "Ad," with a short note that they come from schools that advertise. Between written sections, some appear as a short line or list of program links instead; those start with a small "Ad" tag that links to this page. A long page carries up to five sponsored spots between its sections, and on wide screens one more can sit in a column beside the page. Some pages may add a small bar at the bottom of the screen with a ZIP code search, which you can close. Links in sponsored listings are marked as sponsored. Nothing sponsored appears inside the program lists, rankings, comparison tables, summaries or FAQs, which are the site's own research.
What Payment Doesn't Change
Payment doesn't decide which programs are listed, how the ranked lists are ordered, or what a school profile says. Every program on the site was checked on the school's own website, and every ranking states the measure it uses, such as estimated tuition or a published stipend. Tuition, credits, residencies, funding, CSWE status and pay figures come from schools, the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) and federal data, never from advertisers.
Why Sponsored Listings Can Show Different Schools
Sponsored listings only include schools that advertise through ESYOH, and they can change with your location. The program research covers every DSW and PhD in social work the site could verify, whether or not the school advertises. A school can appear in both places, in only one, or in neither.
What Happens When You Request Information
If you choose a sponsored listing or use the ZIP code search, you leave the editorial part of the site and use a form run by the advertising partner. Read the privacy and consent language shown with that form before you submit anything; your information is handled by the form provider and the schools named there. You can research every program on the site without using a sponsored form.
